Annually, President Lamont O. Repollet, Ed.D., invites all Kean employees to attend this special appreciation event as a thank you. 
At Kean, we are fortunate to work with a diverse group of individuals who elevate one another and create a more inclusive and diverse community. All Kean employees are encouraged to attend our Annual Employee Appreciation Day which is focused on uniting our community and promoting a sense of belonging.
