Mariam Abdelsayed

My name is Mariam Abdelsayed, and I am a graphic design major here at Kean University. My love for design of any kind sprouted from when I was really young, unsatisfied with the coloring books I was given and wondered if I could create something to my own taste. That drive to create followed me all my life, which was a surprise to my family. Being the first grandchild, all eyes were on me to become something great, and with all that support, I strive to be what I dream to be. Of course, while I enjoy my studies, I also enjoy watching cartoons, writing stories, playing video games, and collecting little knick knacks that catch my attention.
Liliana Carredo
Communication Studies, Class of 2024
My name is Liliana Carredo, and I am a senior pursuing a major in Communication Studies with a minor in Management. My current research experience focuses on political communication, media, and rhetoric. Born in the Philippines and raised in China, I am a first-generation American immigrant who has lived in California, Utah, and now resides in Pennsylvania. After graduation, I plan to pursue a career in event and project management, with a particular emphasis on community outreach and social impact. My passion and hobbies include snowboarding, live entertainment and music, and collecting vinyl records!
