Summer 2024 Research Internship at ILSE
The Institute for Life Science Entrepreneurship (ILSE), located on the campus of Kean University in Union, NJ has a goal to advance innovative approaches, new technologies and scientific discoveries in translational science in various therapeutic and diagnostic and other life science areas. As part of this mission ILSE has established an Incubator with 10 life science companies operating on campus. This year, the Center for Undergraduate Research and Fellowships (CURF) has partnered with ILSE to offer summer research internship opportunities to Kean students. This highly selective research internship will provide five Kean students with the opportunity to intern in ILSE’s research laboratories or at incubator companies during the summer of 2024.
The research internship(s) will provide valuable, real-world research experience and training on life science projects and will serve as a valuable stepping stone to job placement and/or training for future graduate research. The internship will also provide networking opportunities in a variety of industries and may lead to offers of full-time placement by their sponsoring organizations. This is a paid internship sponsored by the Center for Undergraduate Research and Fellowships (CURF) at Kean University.
