First-year students that will need to take a placement test with accommodations can contact the Office of Accessibility Services via accessibilityservices@kean.edu or 908-737-4910 prior to the date of the test.
All medical documentation including an IEP, 504 Plan or any other assessments and evaluations must be received at least one week prior to the test date. A request for accommodations will not be accepted the day before or the day of the Placement Test. Medical documentation will be reviewed before an approval for accommodations is granted.
Each student will be notified of the approved accommodations prior to their test date. The Placement Testing office team will also be notified of the approved accommodations for each student.
