SHUTTLE BUS/TROLLEY SERVICE
Shuttle buses and trolley buses operate on a rotating basis.
Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Shuttle Bus/Trolley Service stops at the following locations:

- Hennings Hall
- Wilkins Theatre
- NAAB
- STEM/LHAC (Parking Lot between STEM & Liberty Hall Academic Center)

ONE-STOP SERVICE CENTER
Forms for change of major, change of address and/or name, graduation applications, registration petition (for credit overload and course time conflict), coursework at another institution, grade recalculations, pass/fail audit request, Social Security number correction, New Jersey residency petition, etc.

The Office of Financial Aid assists students with completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and all necessary paperwork required to apply for and obtain federal and state grants, loans and work study.

STUDENT ID CARDS
The ID Card Office is located in the Office of Student Accounting on the 3rd floor of the Administration Building. To receive your Kean ID, you must show a valid (legal) form of photo identification. There is no charge for the first card issued. Lost, stolen or damaged cards are subject to a $15 replacement fee.
REGISTRAR'S OFFICE
The Office of the Registrar provides the following services: academic record maintenance; registration; course scheduling; transcript processing; grade collection and recalculation; graduation evaluation; name, address and residency status changes; and enrollment verification.

GENERAL EDUCATION COURSES
The School of General Studies (SGS) provides support and assistance to all students at Kean University, especially in their first year. The SGS oversees the General Education program, which all students complete as part of their degree. The faculty and staff work with undecided and undeclared majors as well as new students.
The General Education program consists of many courses distributed across many disciplines. The School of General Studies works closely with all departments but directly administers the following courses:
- GE 1000: Transition to Kean
- GE 3000: Transfer Transitions
- GE 202X: Research and Technology
- Math 0901: Basic Algebra
- Math 1010: Foundations of Math
- Math 1016: Statistics
- Math 1030: Problem Solving
