The Office of Residence Life is excited for the Spring semester housing! New Kean students, or students who didn’t reside on campus in the Fall, can complete the Spring Housing Application. The application is live and available by logging into your Residence Life Housing Portal.
Click on ‘Housing Forms and Applications’ from the left-side menu on the and select the application that applies to you.
Complete the application. You will be prompted to review the contract, answer questions, and list your living request(s), and submit the non-refundable $125 application processing fee.
For the Spring housing term, applicants will be administratively assigned housing by Residence Life’s Housing Operations team. Students will not be able to select their own room. Room assignments are based on what is available. Students will receive an email once they are assigned housing for the Spring.

What's Next?
There are several important steps you can take to ensure you are ready and able to move in for the Spring. Make sure you have completed the following before January 6:
Register for classes with a full-time (12 Credits for Undergraduate & 9 for Graduate students) status.
