If your abstract has been accepted by the Research Days review committee, please follow the instructions outlined below:

Next Steps - Complete Your Registration and Upload Your Poster File by Monday. March 24

  • Go to https://form.jotform.com/250576043972158 to complete your registration and upload your poster file.
  • If you are presenting as a group, gather the information of all your co-presenters for the registration process.
  • Ensure your title and abstract have been approved by your faculty research advisor before submission. 
  • Visit Kean University Research Days Website for poster guidelines.

Important Information

Next Steps – Complete Your Registration and Upload Your Video File by Monday, March 24

  • Upload your video file to OneDrive and set the sharing link to “public”.  (See recording instructions below)
  • Go to https://form.jotform.com/250577007697163 to complete your registration and submit your video file link.
  • If you are presenting as a group, gather the information of all your co-presenters for the registration process.
  • Ensure your title, abstract, and video presentation have been approved by your faculty research advisor before submission.
  • Visit the Kean University Research Days Website for video recording guidelines.
Key Dates to Remember
Research Days 2025 website will be launced. All pre-recording oral presentations will be available for viewing Tuesday, April 22

 

Important Information 

  • If there are any changes related to your presentation, please notify the Research Days team immediately at researchdays@kean.edu.
  • Oral presentation videos must be submitted by the Monday, March 24 deadline in order to be displayed during the Research Days event.
  • Please ensure the video is of good quality and maintains university standards.

Share Your Video From OneDrive Gnereate a Shareable Link:

  • After your video uploads, click on the video file in OneDrive.
  • Click the “Share” button at the top of the screen. 
  • In the share options, choose whether you want to allow others to view or edit the video.
  • Select "Anyone with the link" if you want to share it without restrictions, or select “People in your organization” if you want to restrict access to specific users.

Copy the Link:

  • After setting the appropriate permissions, click “Copy link”. This will generate a shareable link to your video.

"Accepted Student Creative Work and Performing Arts Exhibit" at Kean University Research Days 2025!

*Please note that the Creative Work Exhibit is different from the Poster Exhibit. If you have selected the Creative Work format, your in person presentation will take place on Tuesday, April 22nd. Be sure to plan accordingly.

  • Go to https://form.jotform.com/250607133271145 to complete your registration and upload your sample presentation file (This allows the Research Days team to review the content you will be presenting in-person at the Creative Exhibit).
  • If you are presenting as a group, please gather the information for all your co-presenters for the registration process.
  • Ensure that your title, abstract, and presentation have been approved by your faculty research advisor before submission
  • Visit the Kean University Research Days Website for video recording guidelines for your sample video if applicable
Key Dates to Remember
The Research Days 2025 website will be launched. All students presenting as part of the Creative Work and Performing Arts Exhibit must be ready to present in-person. Tuesday, April 22

 

Important Information

  • Without complete registration, presentation files will not be accepted, and students will not be allowed to present.
  • Please upload a sample of your presentation file for the Research Days team to review, as this will be the content you present in person at the Creative Exhibit.
  • Sample Presentation files must be submitted by the Monday, March 24 deadline in order to be displayed during the Research Days event.
