The Kean University Center for Communication Disorders is a nonprofit university teaching clinic that provides assessment and intervention for children and adults with communication disorders.
Speech & Language Services
We offer diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic intervention for both children and adults with communication problems related to:
Autism
Cerebral Palsy
Cleft Palate
Cognitive Impairment
Developmental Delay
Hearing Impairment
Laryngectomy
Stroke
Neurological Impairment
Fluency
Traumatic Brain Injury
Other Physiological disorders
Therapy consists of two 45-minute sessions per week. Morning, afternoon and evening times are available.

All services of the clinic are provided by graduate students in training, under the direct supervision of a certified, licensed clinician and/or faculty member.

The Audiology Clinic provides comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic audiological services. Our services include:

Assessment of Middle Ear Function
Evaluation and treatment of Tinnitus
Testing and Treatment of Central Auditory Processing Disorders
Appraisal and Measurement of Hearing Aid Performance
Selection and Fitting of Assistive Listening Devices
