COTAD

COTAD is designed to support occupational therapy students to work together to promote diversity, equity and inclusion within occupational therapy education programs and in the profession. Our aim is to create opportunities and resources that foster open conversations and increased awareness of different lived experiences, in order to increase cultural humility. We envision a safe environment where students can gather to have open dialogue about current affairs, unconscious bias, and the impact of culture on occupation. The ultimate aim is to promote increased diversity in the profession of occupational therapy.
