Kean University is a Bloomberg Experiential Learning Partner which unleashes the power of Bloomberg Technologies. Bloomberg Technologies are the go to source for over 385,000 financial professionals worldwide and Kean students have access to twenty Bloomberg Terminals through the Bloomberg Lab in Hynes Hall room 103.
Bloomberg Terminals provide access to data, news, and analysis that drive business decision making. Courses in Finance, Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain are using the lab to support research projects and of course learning about financial analysis, companies, markets and portfolio management.
Bloomberg for All – even if your class is not specifically using the Bloomberg Lab, you can use the terminals for your own research and earn the Bloomberg BMC credential.

- Monday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
- Tuesday 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday: CLOSED
- Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
How to Sign Up for Bloomberg Education
- Click Bloomberg for Education to access the sign up portal.
- Select Learner
- Sign up using your Kean email
- Create your own password
- A verification link will be sent to your Kean email. Verify & activate it
- Login
- Click on BMC at the top, and it will direct you to the BMC Modules
- To earn your BMC Certificate, you’ll need to finish the four core modules
- To learn how to navigate the Bloomberg Terminal, watch the “Terminal Basics” Module
