Research Days 2025 Registration Guidelines
Welcome to Research Days 2025! We are excited to have you participate in this dynamic and enriching academic experience.
How do I Register?

Important Things to Note:
- Registration opens on Monday, January 13
- Complete the Registration Form and Submit your Registration by Monday, February 17
- If accepted, submit/Upload poster presentation file or oral presentation file by Monday, March 24
- If you are submitting registration for a group presentation, only one person from the group should submit the registration
- If you are unable to attend the poster session in-person, please consider submitting a registration for the pre-recorded oral presentation
Please be advised, all presenters must submit a complete registration form before submitting the presentation file. Files emailed without a complete registration form will not be accepted.
To ensure a smooth and successful registration process, please follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Complete the Registration Form
On the form, you will need to provide the following information:
- Personal Information: Name of the lead student presenter, email address, phone number, and major/dept/college.
- Names of co-presenters (if applicable) and faculty research advisor’s name.
- Presentation Format: Choose whether you would like to present your research/creative work in a poster session, pre-recorded oral presentation or creative interactive exhibit.
- Research/Creative Work Details: Title of your project
Step 2: Submit Your Abstract
Along with your registration, you will be asked to submit an abstract or concept statement summarizing your research or creative work. Make sure to adhere to the abstract format guidelines.
Step 3: Abstract Review and Approval
After submitting your registration, all abstracts will undergo a peer-review process. A panel of experts from your field will evaluate your abstract based on clarity, relevance, and rigor. You will be notified by email about the outcome of the review.
- Accepted Abstracts: If your abstract is approved, you will move forward to the next phase, where you will be asked to submit your full research presentation. Accepted abstracts will also be assigned a time slot for your presentation during Research Days.
- Rejected Abstracts: If your abstract is not accepted, you will receive feedback to help improve it for future submissions.
Step 4: Finalizing Your Registration
Once your abstract is approved, depending on the format you have selected, you will receive an email with instructions to upload your presentation file.
Poster files/ Pre-Recorded Oral Presentation files will be due on Monday, March 24.
