WHAT IS NAVIGATE360?
Navigate360, selected by the President's Advising Taskforce, is Kean University SSMS (Student Success Management System). Navigate360 supports the Kean Community and our commitment to closing equity gaps while continuously supporting the success of all students.
Through the platform, faculty and staff are able to view student data, manage student communications, coordinate care with alerts and case management, track check-ins and student traffic in each department, schedule and record appointments and analyze reports and analytics.
WHY NAVIGATE360 FOR KEAN?
Through a campus-wide adoption of Navigate360, we will be successful in meeting the following objectives:

Identifying students who may be at risk for retention, empowering faculty and staff to be proactive in their support of student retention and success.

Connecting students with the appropriate support service(s) within the Kean network including (but not limited to) Professional Advising, Learning Support Services, Career Services and more!

Fostering meaningful relationships between students and members of their Student Success Team.

Tracking student engagement from enrollment through graduation.

Facilitating access to student data for timely and effective intervention based user specified criteria.

Ahead of the Fall 2024 semester, it is important to make sure your environment is up-to-date! Please review and complete the following tasks TODAY!

Set Your Availability: Availability allows faculty & staff to indicate the days, times, locations, and services they offer when meeting with students. Setting your availability is easy to manage and once set, enables students to schedule appointments with you via their Navigate360 student app. Please follow the instructions on the video tutorial below to set your availability. Update your Google Calendar Integration (Soon to be Outlook): Did you know that Navigate360 fully integrates with your Google Calendar? This two-way sync allows students to schedule meetings with you when you are available and prevents double booking when you are not! Please be sure to configure your Google Calendar before setting your availability! For more information, review this How To video tutorial.

Update your Profile Picture: At Kean, each faculty, staff, student and administrator has a profile photo taken in by the Office of Student Accounting. These photos are then used for purposes of your ID and other system configurations. If you have a Profile Picture you prefer to have included in the Navigate360 environment, please email a JPEG to navigatesupport@kean.edu. Please note that your photo is included in any email communications sent to students via Navigate360.
