A celebration outside Miron Student Center, an inaugural Founders 5K race on the Union campus, and a fundraising campaign marked the 168th anniversary of when Kean first opened its doors as the Newark Normal School.

Attorney Eduardo Sotomayor ’17 started on his career path in law by earning a degree in criminal justice from Kean Ocean.
