William M. Vasil
30 years of experience in project management, environmental permitting, and teaching. Background encompasses teaching college level courses in astronomy, earth science, environmental science, mathematics, and meteorology. Consulting activities include dispersion modeling, environmental impact assessment, air quality monitoring, greenhouse gas emissions analysis, health risk assessment, environmental health and safety auditing, environmental compliance management, air permitting strategy development, environmental health and safety, and support for public participation and community involvement programs. Responsible for the air permitting and dispersion simulation modeling for numerous refineries, powerplants, chemical plants, and waste-to-energy facilities, both nationally and internationally.
