Brian Noodt

Brian Noodt is the Owner and Director of Design Principals, a NJ based design firm that services a wide range of commercial clients in the NY Metro area and beyond. After narrowly escaping the events of September 11th, Brian left the financial services sector to pursue a career in Interior Design beginning with his enrollment in Kean University’s Interior Design program. While attending classes, Brian immediately began working as a designer which eventually included a position with a high-end residential design firm in New York City. Next, he transitioned to a NJ based commercial architecture firm where he designed and managed a wide range of projects in the healthcare, corporate, retail, hospitality and transportation markets.

After many years, Brian then moved to a retail architecture firm where he managed store design, documentation and construction for national and international clients before leaving to establish Design Principals. Brian is a LEED Accredited Professional.
