What you can expect from us:
Commitment to cooperate in creating programing that aligns with WB@W mission
Communication and Marketing of event
Confirming times, dates, and locations for newly created joint events
Location bookings if needed
Support in registration and attendance processes if needed
Support in day of facilitation and post event needs, such as participant surveys
What we would need from you:
To learn of your idea or your interest to partner with us
Identify a main point person from the department that can make decisions about events, if needed. This must be a full-time staff member
Identify co-facilitator, as needed, to be on-site for the event
Commitment from all parties to be accessible for planning sessions
Determine if there will be a ticket sale/ registration fee to attend the event
Together, we will:
Come up with an event plan
Brainstorm logistical aspects of the event like date, time, and location
Determine if funds for food, supplies, or equipment is budgeted
Decide if RSVP (advanced sign up) is necessary for the event
Have fun together with our community!
