Virgin Pulse 

Well-Being at Work partners with Virgin Pulse to bring you a new level of interaction for your health journey. Virgin Pulse is a health and well-being platform that provides the tools and guidance to develop and maintain healthy habits.

When you participate you can earn daily points, and when you accumulate points you can exchange them for rewards such as items from the online store, gift cards or you can use the monetary value to donate to charity.

The Virgin Pulse platform also includes challenges you can join, such as walking and other physical activities and challenges you can create for yourself and/or your colleagues, friends or family.

Additionally, when you join Virgin Pulse online you can set your preferences for information about topics such as nutrition, sleep, activity and dealing with stress. These are just a few of the hundreds of learning resources available to you. You will also have access to a health coach. See the Virgin Pulse User Guide.

Who is eligible?

All Kean University full-time employees are eligible to participate and earn rewards on Virgin Pulse.

How much can I earn on Virgin Pulse?

Starting 6/1/2024, we are launching the New Program Year. Employees will be able to earn $100 by collecting points and reaching Levels, and an additional $25 for completing Rewardable Actions:

• Complete a Health Check Survey

• Set a wellbeing goal

• Complete a Biometric Screening

How can I use my reward dollars?

You can use your reward dollars in three ways: 

  • Get a gift card (such as Visa, Target, Starbucks, Home Depot, GameStop, Amazon and many more!)
  • Shop for items from the online Virgin Pulse store
  • Donate to charity
