New Student Orientation

WELCOME TO COUGAR NATION!

We are excited to welcome you to our vibrant community. As you embark on this new chapter of your academic journey, we designed New Student Orientation (NSO) to ensure you have a smooth transition into university life. All incoming Spring 2025 NEW Kean Union freshmen and transfer students are required to attend. The sessions include learning how to navigate campus, registering for classes, finding out about campus support services, meeting your new classmates, and building meaningful connections.

All incoming Spring 2025 NEW Kean Union freshmen and transfer students are required to attend the New Student Orientation (NSO).

Date: Tuesday, January 7, 2025 (Snow Date: January 8) 
Time: 2 to 5 p.m., check-in starts at 12:30 p.m. 
Location: North Avenue Academic Building (NAAB),1000 Morris Avenue, Union, NJ 07083 

Registration is now open for incoming new freshmen and transfer students to attend.

The Office of Accessibility Services provides assistance and accommodations for all students with physical, medical, learning, emotional and/or psychological documented disabilities both temporary and permanent. Any student requiring an accommodation due to a disability needs to contact the Office of Accessibility Services two (2) weeks prior to their selected NSO session.
