Kean Students Excel in Bloomberg Global Trading Challenge for Second Year

Students from Kean University’s College of Business and Public Management (CBPM) reached the top echelon of competitors in the Bloomberg Global Trading Challenge for the second year in a row.

A team of students from CBPM reached the top 2 percent globally in the 2024 challenge. Last year, a Kean team reached the top 3 percent of competitors in the2023 Bloomberg Global Trading Challenge.

Teams from universities around the world conduct simulated real-world trading in the finance competition, using Bloomberg Terminals. The high-achieving Kean team included a different group of students than last year’s team, and faced a more competitive field. More teams took part in the challenge this year than last.

The College last year received accreditation by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, or AACSB, the “gold standard” of accreditation for business universities.
