Catalina Gaviria always dreamed of becoming a scientist but struggled to believe she could do it until she came to Kean University.
The annual Thinking Creatively conference gives design and architecture students at Kean the chance to learn from leaders in their fields and work with them on real-world projects. This year the students took a hands-on approach to creative work for the Elizabeth, N.J. postal service.
Graduate students studying physical therapy, speech, occupational therapy and more got the chance to learn from each other and work together to help a fictional patient during Kean's Interprofessional Grand Rounds program.
