International recording and performing artist Celil Refik Kaya, DMA, will give a solo recital as part of Guitarfest, which will also feature performances by the New Jersey Music Educators Association Honors Guitar Ensemble, the New Jersey Guitar Orchestra, the New Jersey Guitar Quartet, high school guitar ensembles, and a flute and guitar duo.
