UNION, N.J. –– Premiere Stages, the professional Equity theatre in residence at Kean University, received a Leadership Award from the Cultural Access Network Project (CAN) for its exemplary work with actors, playwrights, directors, and other theatre artists with disabilities.

Sins Invalid is a disability justice-based performance project that celebrates artists with disabilities, artists of color and LGBTQ and gender-variant artists through provocative works that challenge paradigms of “normal” and “sexy.”
