Lynne Cohen

I am a professional oboist and teacher in the concert and Broadway fields.  I have performed with most of the Tri-State Area freelance ensembles and held permanent chairs in 11 Broadway musicals.  I maintain an active private oboe studio and have been invited to give masterclasses at University of Michigan, New York University, Rowan University, Montclair State University, and New Jersey City State University.  I have been published in the Local 802 American Federation of Musicians Journal, Allegro, multiple times.  I serve on the executive board of Local 802 AFM.  I am a former faculty member of Drew University, Rowan University, Florida International University and Miami School for the Arts.
