Kristina Salvati-Block

Biography
Kristina Salvati-Block has been a Physician Assistant since 2007. She earned an undergraduate degree at Pennsylvania State University in General Science. After working in the pharmaceutical industry for a brief time, she quickly realized her dream of becoming a Physician Assistant and attended the UMDNJ (now Rutgers) Physician Assistant program. She graduated with a Masters degree in PA Studies in 2007.
Professor Salvati has worked as a physician assistant in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Reproductive Endocrinology and Ob/GYN, always finding time to mentor PA students along the way. She has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at both The Rutgers PA Program and The St. Elizabeth University PA Program.
Teaching Philosophy
Professor Salvati's teaching philosophy is grounded in the conviction that every student has the potential to succeed when instruction is tailored to their individual needs. She is flexible and adopts a multifaceted approach to teaching, ensuring that each learner can thrive in an inclusive and supportive environment.
