Teaching Philosophy

My passion for teaching is a desire to transfer 30 years of leadership knowledge, in the healthcare sector, to my students. By jump-starting student's careers with this knowledge, students are better prepared to accelerate their careers and contribute greatly to society. My philosophy is that I am grooming future leaders for tomorrow.
