Register for Workshops and Webinars

Since LIVE WEBINARS are part of a program we pay for, from Canvas Inc. you must register for them within Canvas itself.  

1) Open Canvas (go the Kean Website, click on quick links and then open Canvas  or click on this link)
2) Log in using your Kean email credentials (best to use a Chrome browser)
3) Scroll to the bottom of the blue menu (navigation menu) and click on "Help"
4) A second menu will pop-up. Click on "Training Services Portal " (under the panda bear)
5) Click Authorize (since this is a paid subscription, the system frequently asks us to authorize)
6) Click on the LIVE CALENDAR tab on the top (in the center)
7) In the calendar, find the session you want to attend
8) Click on the three dots (on right of the session name) to open a dropdown menu
9) Click on “Enroll”
10) A window will pop-up, click on the “Enroll” button   
11) You are now enrolled AND will receive an email confirmation from Instructure (not the CTL).
