Transfer Advisement Days
Group Sessions Now Available
At Transfer Advisement Days, deposited transfer students will receive mandatory pre-registration advisement. During your session you will review your program evaluation and receive advisement on selecting courses for self-registration. Students will participate in group advising, which ensures a more efficient use of their time. Each advising day will feature a general information session, during which the Transfer Admissions team provides information such as Kean policies, overviews of student portals, and step-by-step instructions on how to search for and enroll in classes. Students will also receive program-specific faculty advisement and enroll in their classes - with the support from advisors as needed.
NOTE: Michael Graves College, Speech-Language Pathology, and Nursing students: Please log into the accepted student section of the Cougar App portal to find the contact information of your academic advisor and set up an individual appointment.
International Admissions: Virtual Information Sessions
Information Sessions Hosted Monthly
International students at Kean can choose from over 50 undergraduate degrees, more than 70 graduate programs and six doctoral degree programs. Small class sizes ensure that our students are able to make meaningful connections with our expert faculty. Research and internships are also a big part of the Kean experience.
During this virtual event hosted by the Office of Admissions, you will learn important dates and application instructions to help guide you through the Admissions process. We'll discuss Kean's diverse and vibrant campus culture, as well as the services offered by the Center for International Studies - including their dedication to ensuring Kean students maintain F1/J1 status and successfully complete their degree.
After you RSVP, we'll email you a link to join this virtual event. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us at (908) 737-4723, or by e-mail at international@kean.edu.
