NJWELL now has an app to make earning and tracking points easier. The Wellness at Your Side app from WebMD® lets you complete online activities and track your points using your smartphone or tablet. Simply download the Wellness at Your Side app from the App Store® or Google PlayTM. Use the access code NJWELL and log in using the same username and password you use to access HorizonBlue.com and the Horizon Blue app.

HorizonbFit is Horizon BCBSNJ’s fitness incentive program for covered SHBP/SEHBP members 18 years of age and older.¹ Track your activity to earn a $20 reward each month:
- Work out at home 12 or more days a month, and record and submit your workout using the Fit-At-Home℠ feature on the ActiveFit™ app; or
- Walk 10,000 steps a day for at least 12 days a month; or
- Visit one of 4,000 participating fitness facilities 12 or more days a month; or
- Complete any combination of the above activities for at least 12 days a month.

Workit Health’s Telemedicine
Workit Health offers a solution for Aetna members looking to change their relationship with substances or seeking help for addictions including, opioids, alcohol and other drugs. The program offers different levels of support to match the spectrum of substance use disorder.
Members get personalized convenient therapy, coaching, medication, digital learning and peer support from the privacy of their home via a smartphone or computer. Just like a traditional program, members can talk with their care team, join online recovery groups and see a clinician via video chat to prescribe medication when needed.

DIRECT PRIMARY CARE
The SHBP/SEHBP offers employees and their covered dependents the opportunity to join a Direct Primary Care doctor's office at no additional cost.
