Veterans and dependents receiving G.I. Bill Educational Benefits must contact the Director of Veteran's Affairs in order to process their paperwork and matters relating to their military experience.

The N.J. Association of State colleges is a non-profit, non-partisan, higher education association proudly representing Kean University and eight other state colleges and universities. As a service to its members and the public, NJASCU developed the Operation Promise for Service members (OPS) initiative in the fall of 2008 following the passage of the Post 9/11 G.I. Bill. A primary component of OPS is to provide information to its members and the public through an online clearinghouse of information.
