Robert Busch School of Design
The Robert Busch School of Design offers students programs of intense professional study created to prepare graduates both with entry-level career knowledge and skills and with the potential to achieve the highest levels of career growth. The BFA and BID are the recognized professional degrees in the studio-based programs of Advertising Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, and Interior Design.
The various programs include extensive lecture, studio and technology experiences, and presentations and reviews by professional designers. In addition, students in the program are encouraged to pursue practical experience in the field through internships and part-time employment, to participate in events sponsored by trade organizations, and to meet design professionals during seminars and other special events, such as the world-class Thinking Creatively Conference (www.thinkingcreatively.org) and the Design Center (www.kean.edu/~designct).

KEAN LIFT: Scholarships for the Thinking Creatively Design Camp
Last spring Kean University announced the launch of Kean LIFT, the University’s own crowd-donating platform that connects Kean students, faculty, and staff to friends who are interested in funding specific projects to help “lift” them to success.
The current Kean LIFT campaign is Thinking Creatively Design Camp. High school students with art talent don't necessarily understand that their special gifts can provide a pathway into college and, eventually, into rewarding careers. Talented students without financial resources are even less likely to imagine that college could and should be part of their plans. If we can fund scholarships for these students to attend the successful Thinking Creatively Design Camp, a summer camp that explores careers as well as expanding their creative thinking, we may put them on a path to college and career success. With the Camp experience, the students find their way in design, set goals for college, and walk away with confidence and creative juices flowing! Tuition is $1,000. For each scholarship raised, you may be supporting the next Milton Glaser, Michael Graves, or Jonathan Ive!
Please consider supporting this effort by donating online. Your entire donation is tax deductible. You will receive a gift receipt from the Kean University Foundation. Please also share the link with as many of your social networks as possible:
