The One Stop Service Center of the Office of the Registrar assists students with navigating and maintaining their student records and registration at Kean University.
Winter & Spring 2025 Registration - Extended Hours
The Office of the Registrar will have extended hours for the beginning of Winter and Spring 2025 course registration. Our hours of operation are as follows:
- Tuesday, October 29: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 30: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Thursday, October 31: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Friday, November 1: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Monday, November 4: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Tuesday, November 5: University Closed - Election Day
- Wednesday, November 6: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Thursday, November 7: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Friday, November 8: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Cougar Help Center
The Cougar Help Center is a dedicated phone service that can address student registration, financial aid, scholarship and billing inquiries. The Cougar Help Center can be reached by phone at (908) 737-0400 and operates six days a week:
- Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Friday - Saturday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
