Kenneth Mallette currently serves as the Northeast Regional Vice President for James Lee Witt Associates, providing technical expertise and consultation services to public and private sector clients with an emphasis on state and federal homeland security matters, emergency services, and governmental affairs.

Mr. Mallette has over twenty-five years of diverse service with the New Jersey State Police, having retired as Captain. Mr. Mallette was the Bureau Chief for the Emergency Management Section, where he supervised the State's emergency operations planning process, exercise program, and response to major natural, man-made and technological incidents. Most recently, Mr. Mallette was assigned as the Operations Section Chief for during New Jersey's response to Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans in 2005.

Mr. Mallette is a member of the National Incident Command System (ICS) Training Curriculum Steering Committee and assisted in the development of the I-100, 200, 300 & 400 ICS training curriculum. He has been recognized as an expert in the National Incident Management System (NIMS).
