Gene & Shelley Enlow Recital Hall Announces Jim Brickman

March 21, 2011 (UNION) – Pianist and composer Jim Brickman will perform a one-night-only concert at the Gene & Shelley Enlow Recital Hall at Kean University on Saturday, April 16 at 7:30 p.m.

Jim Brickman has revolutionized the sound of solo piano with his pop-style instrumentals and star-studded vocal collaborations. His romantic piano sounds have made him the best selling solo piano artist of our time. Brickman’s signature style of playing and songwriting has brought him two Grammy nods, six Gold and Platinum albums, and 28 charted adult radio hits. He recently tied for most #1 CD’s on Billboard’s New Age Chart, and currently holds four of its top ten spots.

Jim's best-known compositions include the chart-toppers Valentine, The Gift, Love of My Life, Simple Things and Peace. He has established a reputation for his collaborations with many gifted musical artists that include: Martina McBride, Gerald Levert, Lady Antebellum, Matt Giraud, Michael W.
