Alumni Association Annual Graduate Scholarship
For Kean Alumni matriculated in graduate degree programs who have exhibited academic excellence.
Alumni Association Annual Honor Scholarship
For Kean alumni matriculated in graduate degree programs who have exhibited exceptional academic excellence.
Clifford Bush Annual Scholarship
Awarded to graduate students in communication sciences and educational services with demonstrated financial need.
Colleen Coyne-Schaefer Annual Scholarship for Social Justice
Awarded to a student enrolled in a graduate program in social services, psychology, counselor education, social work, or marriage and family therapy. Student must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, proven financial need and be committed to the principles of social justice.
Courtney Hyman and Heather Rizzo Social Work Advocacy Change Agent Scholarship
Awarded to graduate students who reside in New Jersey and are enrolled in the Master of Social Work program, with a 3.0 GPA and proven financial need.
Dan ’83 and Margie Charleston Endowed Global MBA Scholarship
Awarded to graduate students in the Global MBA program with a minimum 3.5 GPA. This award will cover three credits of in-state graduate tuition each semester.
Department of Psychology Annual Graduate Scholarship
Awarded to a student matriculated in one of the Department of Psychology graduate options. The student must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and have completed at least 15 credits in the program with no more than 48 credits by the end of the spring semester of the award year.
Deshon Johnson Memorial Annual Scholarship
Intended to provide financial support to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student with a minimum 3.0 GPA out of 4.0. Preference is given to a business or business-related major who demonstrates financial need.
Donald R. Conklin Endowed and Annual Scholarships
For students in the biotechnology graduate program with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
Dr. Carol Williams Annual Memorial Scholarship
Awarded to highly qualified students studying in the Master of Social Work program.
Dubnick Annual Scholarship for Single Mothers with Dependent Children
Granted to self-supporting matriculated graduate students who are parents of dependent children and in need of a graduate degree to achieve career goals.
Graduate and Part-time Student Council Annual Scholarships
Awarded to full-time matriculated graduate students or part-time matriculated students in either undergraduate or graduate degree programs. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and nine Kean credits completed at the time of application. Preference will be given to students with financial need. Successful candidates should demonstrate strong character as student leaders through active membership in campus and community involvement.

Graduate Student Government Association, Inc., Endowed Scholarship
Awarded to two graduate students. First award granted to a graduate student with a minimum 3.5 GPA. Second award granted to a graduate student with a minimum 3.0 GPA and documented community service.
John J. Kinsella Annual Scholarship
This scholarship is granted automatically to the graduate student with the highest GPA who has completed one year of graduate coursework in mathematics education. Recipient must be a New Jersey resident.
June Moss Handler Endowed Scholarship in Early Childhood and Family Studies
This scholarship is for a graduate student with an outstanding academic record as well as achievement in service to children and families. Applicants must provide evidence of continued commitment to excellence in teaching and professional leadership.
Karen Kassak Mullen Endowed & Annual Scholarships for Social Work
Award granted to students with a declared concentration in the MSW program.
Kathy Hering-Brady Annual Scholarship
Awarded to graduate students in the Occupational Therapy program entering their final or Fieldwork II semester. The successful candidate will demonstrate client-centered values and demonstrate specialization in mental health or the psycho-social aspect of the profession.
Nathan and Bernice Weiss Graduate Scholarship
Awarded to a student who is enrolled in the Nathan Weiss Graduate College. A minimum 3.25 GPA is required to initially qualify for this scholarship. This scholarship could be renewed, provided the recipient upholds a 3.0 GPA.
Nathan Weiss Annual Graduate College Scholarship
Awarded to two graduate students with a 4.0 GPA. Students must have completed 12 graduate credits at Kean. Recipients will receive a scholarship for in-state tuition and fees for a three-credit graduate-level course.
Pi Alpha Alpha Honor Society Annual Scholarship
Given to matriculated Master of Public Administration students who have completed at least 12 graduate credits in public administration graduate coursework. A minimum 3.7 graduate GPA is required.
Senator Joseph Suliga ’79, ’93 Endowed Memorial Scholarship
Granted to students enrolled in the master teacher track of the New Jersey center for Science, Technology and Mathematics (NJCSTM) program. Preference given to students with financial need.
Senator Raymond J. Lesniak Holocaust and Genocide Studies Annual Scholarship
Awarded to graduate students in the Holocaust and Genocide Studies program. Eligible students must have a 3.0 graduate GPA and demonstrated financial need.
