The Office of the Registrar provides many services including registration and course scheduling, academic record maintenance, degree conferrals and much more.

Winter and Spring 2025 Registration

Kean USA Course Registration for Winter and Spring 2025 is underway! Late registration for Winter 2025 is available Thursday, December 5 through Monday, December 23, when courses begin. Late registration for Spring 2025 begins on Thursday, December 12 and Spring 2025 courses begin on Monday, January 13.

Prior to registering, all student should seek academic advisement, must resolve all registration holds on their account and complete both the Financial Obligation Agreement and the Academic Integrity Policy Agreement.

The Office of the Registrar / One Stop Service Center Hours of Operation, through Monday, October 28, are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Extended hours will be available for the beginning of Winter and Spring 2025 course registration. 

Hours are subject to change.

Cougar Help Center

The Cougar Help Center is a dedicated phone service that can address student registration, financial aid, scholarship and billing inquiries. The Cougar Help Center can be reached by phone at (908) 737-0400 and operates six days a week:

  • Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
  • Friday - Saturday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
