Several items must be uploaded to the application in order to be considered:

  • Copy of your passport: Please make a copy of the pages of your passport that include your picture and citizenship information. This can be uploaded on this page of the supplemental items section.
  • English Immersion Nomination Form: The form can be downloaded here. The form needs to be completed and signed by an authorized official at your home institution. Once it is completed, please upload it in the supplemental items section of the application.

Step 2: Acceptance Letter Notification and Forms

Post Application Process

  • The admissions committee will review your application and make a determination of acceptance.
  • If you are accepted into the program, you will receive additional information including an acceptance letter and additional forms to fill out.

Step 3: Pay

  • After your application is processed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to make payment of the tuition and fees.  No enrollment letter or immigration documents can be sent without full payment of the program costs.
  • Upon payment, an enrollment letter and Form I-20 will be issued which will enable you to apply for a visa at the U.S. Embassy in your home country.  Please be advised that it can take several weeks to get an appointment at the embassy.  It is important to make payment as soon as possible to ensure there is no delay in obtaining your visa.
  • If you signed up for any of the optional cultural excursions at the time of submitting your application, you will be required to submit the fees to hold your seat for each of the trips. Should the individual trips not have enough student interest, you will be reimbursed this fee.

Program Costs

  • The all-inclusive program cost to each student is determined by the option they have chosen. Students who choose Option 1 and pay in full by April 1st are eligible for an early submission discount on tuition already indicated on the Program Options page. This price covers the cost of tuition and co-curricular excursions, transportation to and from the airport, transportation to program excursions, health insurance, housing and meals.  Additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the student. Students enrolling in “Added Value Cultural Activities” are responsible for the added price of these programs. Students electing to take “Option 2” are responsible for obtaining their own books from the University Bookstore prior to the start of classes on July 5th.
