At the beginning of the business portion of the meeting, the Chairperson will recognize members of the public who wish to speak. The Chairperson will designate the length of time available to each speaker. The Board policy is that you will be granted a maximum of 3 minutes to speak. Anyone wishing to speak at the public forum should register with the Board of Trustees Office by12 p.m. on the Friday before Monday meetings, or by 12 p.m. on the Wednesday before Saturday meetings. Speakers are encouraged to address topics on the meeting agenda and to provide their comments in writing in advance of the meeting.
