Student Accounting is Now Paperless

The Office of Student Accounting is now 100% paperless and for your convenience has utilized the Kean student portal for all Student Accounting processes. These options are available online by logging onto your KeanWise account and are located on the Student Menu under the Financial Information section.

We are located on the 3rd Floor of the Administration Building and we remain available to answer any financial related issues or any concerns you may have.

The Office of Student Accounting communicates with students via e-mail using the student’s Kean University e-mail address. Be on the lookout for E-bill notifications, due date reminders and warnings. Payment receipts and confirmations are also distributed for your record via email.

E-Bills are updated in real time and are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week on KeanWise. Account activity details and history are displayed for all terms for which you have registered. In the case of registration or financial aid changes, be sure to view your account on KeanWise for the most current status.

Payment plan enrollment with Tuition Management Systems (TMS) is also available on KeanWise. Please note that payment plans are only offered in the Fall & Spring terms.
