Kean ID Cards

Student Identification cards are issued to all active Kean students and are obtained from the ID card office located on the third floor of the Administration Building. All Kean University students are required to obtain a card as a way to show that you are part of the Kean community. There is no charge for the first card issued.  If a card is lost, stolen or damaged, students will have to pay a $15 replacement fee. Payments are to be made at the student accounting office in the Administration Building. Students are to carry their ID cards at all times while they are on campus. Student ID cards are used for meal and flex plans, to enter the gym, library, computer labs, and to purchase tickets for university events and theater shows. Resident students must also swipe their ID to gain entry into the residence halls. To receive your Cougar ID you must show a valid photo ID. All students are to show their ID cards upon request of a university official.
